Awesome Africa TV gives Africa’s rising stars both on the continent and its diasporas the opportunity to share their stories, their challenges and successes as well as their goals for the future. Additionally, the program features documentaries that capture the people and vegetation of our Awesome Africa.
Program
Awesome Africa TV show airs every first Thursday of each month at 9:00 p.m. on Bronxnet channel 69 Optimum and 35 FIOs. People can also watch the show on Awesome Africa Tv YouTube channel and on Awesome Africa TV Facebook page.
Meet the Team
Aboudoubaki Boukari
Founder & CEO
Aboudoubaki Boukari is an independent Access producer at Bronxnet. He produces a Monthly Show called “Awesome Africa TV Show”. He is currently working at Bronxnet TV as Facilities Coordinator. Prior to that, Aboudoubaki was Assistant Event Planning Director at ASA Baruch from 2014 to 2015.
From 2009 to 2012, he was an active member of the Hostos Student Leadership Academy organization, which gave him the opportunity to participate in the National Model United Nations Conference in Washington DC in 2010 and National Model United Nations Conference in New York City in 2011. Aboudoubaki also served as one of six members of the Hostos Student Leadership Academy at the New York state Model Senate Session in spring 2011 in Albany.
Aboudoubaki Boukari was the winner of the Bronx CUNY Scholarship Award and was also recognized by the Hostos Leadership Academy with the Non-Traditional leader Award.
Aboudoubaki Boukari earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and Political Science from Baruch College in New York. He holds an Associate degree in Accounting from Hostos Community College in Bronx, New York.
